Yes, couples are allowed in JPOD but (the age should be) above 18+ with a valid photo ID Please call us at 9512279797 for more details.

Yes, we have a room with 04 pods for family. 

Kids above 8 years are chargeable, no separate pods are allowed for kids to stay separate.

Yes, if accompanied with adults.

Yes, we have two (branches) (1) JPOD powered by URBANPOD at Ahmedabad airport Terminal – 1, (2) URBANPOD Mumbai Central Railway Station.

Yes, we have ladies-only pod available on request. 

Yes, but need to carry a Photo id.

  1. Deduction of 20% of the booking amount if canceled 2 days in advance excluding  the day of occupation.
  2. Deduction of 50% of the booking amount if cancelled one day in advance excluding the day of occupation.
  3. No refund shall be admissible in case of cancellation of retiring room booking on the same day.
  4. Amount will be refunded to the customer except for the payment gateway/online transaction charges.

No meals are served at JPOD and no outside food is allowed inside the facility. However, there are various food outlet at serves all meals 24/7 within walking distance.

 No food or beverages can be consumed inside the pod (except the water)

 Advance booking can be done on https://www.thejpod.com without any limitation.

You can make a reservation of maximum 24 hours stay at jpod.

No social celebrations or parties are allowed at jpod, as it could disturb the other guest.

We do not allow food, beverages/alcohol / non-alcoholic to be brought inside the jpod and are strictly not allowed to consume inside the pod. Consumption of alcoholic beverages will attract the fine.

 None of the pods have attached washroom though washroom are within few meters of the pod. washroom is kept clean and dry around the clock.
